Nestled in the rounded hills of South Devon, our organic farm produces watercress, rocket and fine herbs including; thyme, basil, coriander, rosemary, parsley, chives and apple mint.

Built over fifty years ago, the watercress beds benefit from the exceptionally high quality mineral water that exudes from our wells. This water has passed through miles of rock strata giving it a high mineral content which adds to the plants well-being and the great taste of the watercress.

The South facing herb garden provides the ideal sheltered growing space required for fine herbs. With lots of light from the shallow valley and an abundance of natural spring water our plants are nurtured to peak condition. Once cut, like all of our produce, it is chilled and delivered within 24 hours to ensure all the goodness and taste is passed on to you.

The rocket is grown in disused watercress beds containing rich fertile silt from years of watercress production. This environment is ideal for producing a healthy crop free from pests and bugs with access to plenty of water containing plenty of nutrients.
